Mr. Chandresh Lodhiya (Managing Director) Mr. Chandresh Lodhiya joined the environment education movement as a 9th standard student participant and was instrumental in developing a hobby of trekking and birdwatching in to a sustainable business equation. Chandresh is one of the three promoters of ANALA OUTDOORS. After a short stint in Nigeria, he has returned to the movement and now is the Managing Director of ANALA OUTDOORS. His special interests are in the field of Herpetology, the scientific study of Reptiles & Amphibians and Ornithology, the scientific study of Birds. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a certificate in Ornithology. He has the privilege of being the first person to catch two snakes beyond their geographical range. Montane Trinket Snake from Mt. Abu in 2009 and Diard’s Worm Snake from Dalhousie in 2010. Both these snakes were recorded for the first time in Rajasthan & Himachal Pradesh respectively. |

Mr. Imtiyaz Gafoorjiwala (Director) Mr. Imtiyaz Gafoorjiwala also started camping activities as a high school student in 1984 and contributed significantly towards creating a financially viable business activity out of a leisure hobby. Imtiyaz is one of the three promoters of ANALA OUTDOORS and looks after all the spears of management including planning and operations as its Director. He is a commerce graduate with proficiency in managing Finance. |

Mr. Madhu Menon (Director) Mr. Madhu Menon is an Educator and Communicator specializing in the fields of development and environment. He has worked with prestigious institutions like National Institute of Design (NID), Educational Multimedia Research Centre (EMRC), Development & Educational Communication Unit of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), and World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) India He has been recognized as the “Ambassador of Peace” by the Universal Peace Federation, an organization supported and promoted by the United Nations in appreciation of his efforts in combining environmental activities and international peace. Director of many socially relevant films, he was part of the team that won the best film award at the International Nature Film Festival in Poland in 2002. He has been felicitated by CMS Vatavaran International Nature & Wildlife Film Festival for his contribution to environmental awareness and action in 2010. Trustee of many educational and social NGOs, he holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Communication (MDC), Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc), and Post Graduate Programme in Environment & Ecology (PGPEE). |

Mr. Nirav Amin (Coordinator – Camps & Tours) Mr. Nirav Amin joined the nature and wildlife camps organised under the aegis of Nature Club of India, a movement initiated by World Wide Fund for Nature –India as a grade 8 student. Through Continuous participation in camps, he developed a deeper interest in wildlife, especially in birds. As a team member of Anala Outdoors’ Himalayan Environment Exposure Camps, he has become thorough with all the aspects of camp management. Nirav takes care of the responsibilities of coordination, logistics, and implementation of all the camps, educational programmes and exploration tours. |

Mr. Jayesh Pandya (Manager) Mr Jayesh Pandya has been taking care of the public relations of Anala Outdoors since last 15 years and his high level of tolerance and accommodative nature has made him the most sought after person in Anala Office. In fact majority of the mothers feel comfortable talking to him regarding their anxieties and worries about the camps. |

Mr. Arshad Khan (Resource Person) Arshad Khan is a specialist in group games & adventure. He has been associated with Anala since last ten years. His experience with "Play for Peace", an international organisation working with children has come handy for him for the enhancement of all our camping programmes. |

Mr. Darpan Pandya Darpan is an enthusiastic Group leader and adventure seeker. He has been associated with Anala Outdoors as a young camper as a beginner and now takes responsibilities of handling logistics and leading the groups to various destinations. |

Mr. Jignesh Patel Jignesh is our Tour/Camp Manager and helps in managing our camps and tours. His leadership quality comes quite handy in all our programmes. His interest in adventure brought him as a camper in to the field of camping years back. He has been taking care of all the adventure activities of Anala Outdoors. |

Mr. Ark Jadhav Ark is an adventure enthusiast who loves exploring the outdoors and trying new things. He joined Anala Outdoors as a camper and now leads and manages many groups to various locations as a passionate adventurer with a foundation in mountaineering and skiing. Whether it's hiking through nature or trying new activities, he’s always on foot to create unforgettable moments in Anala outdoors. |

Ms. Megha Bhojak A parent of our regular camper, Megha is now our Front Office Executive. She has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and takes care of the bookings. She is passionate about photography and is ever ready to lead a group to the outdoors as and when required. She assures smooth execution of all our camps and tours. |

Mr. Ashok Chavda Ashokbhai is a magician by profession and a resource person in our Camps. He will be stationed at Pathankot during the entire camping period to coordinate the groups going to Manali. |

Mr. Jaymin Patel Jaymin, our Assistant Manager for Camps and Tours, excels in leadership, teamwork and communication, making him an invaluable asset during our trips. Additionally, his expertise in computer applications ensures seamless efficiency in managing back-office operations. |
