TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Day 01: Journey Begins
Report at Ahmedabad Railway Station in the evening and board the 3AC train to Pune. Get ready for a fun-filled journey with your friends!
Day 02: Into the Hills
Arrive in Pune early morning and travel by AC bus to beautiful Panchgani. Reach the campsite by around 2:00 pm. After lunch, settle into your rooms and relax. In the evening, gear up for thrilling adventure activities like Burma Bridge and Zipline. After snacks, get creative and prepare for the exciting MAD AD Show! Enjoy Group Presentations after dinner.
Day 03: Adventure & Exploration
Start your day with breakfast followed by activities like Ladder Climbing and Commando Crossing. After lunch, visit the famous Table Land and the popular Mapro/Mala factory. Post dinner, experience a magical Night Trek with Stargazing
Day 04: Into the Wild
After breakfast, head out for Trekking, Rappelling, and Cave Exploration. Post lunch, take part in a fun-filled Treasure Hunt and try your hand at Jungle Cooking – teamwork is the key! In the evening, visit Mahabaleshwar town for shopping and enjoy some time at Veena Lake.
Day 05: Team Spirit & Return
After breakfast, participate in an Obstacle Course and Trust Walk activities. After an early lunch, depart for Pune to catch the evening train back home.
Day 06: Home Sweet Home
Arrive in Ahmedabad in the morning with unforgettable memories and new friendships!
Please Carry: Four pairs of comfortable clothes, night dress, sweater, jacket, bath towel, sports shoes, socks, sandals/floaters, sunglasses, water bottle, torch, daypack, and toiletries (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, sunscreen, cold cream, lip balm etc.). Also carry an original photo ID proof. The participants may have to pay fine, wherever applicable in the absence of original photo ID. All the Items: mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack that is easier to carry. Please do not bring any disposable items, ornaments and other valuables. Binoculars and camera are optional.
Cell Phones: are allowed but not during camp activities.

Hi ! This is vishwa. I enjoyed too much. The activities were awsome and fun. The food was excillent and I loved eating. There was a good support of our volunteers on us, they helped us when needed and entertained us too much.The facilities were the best.The tents were warm and big as we loved sleeping inside. If I would rate it I would give it 5 stars.The trip was best.
The camp was super fun .It was fantastic and awesome it had a very special impact on the minds. The best I can say the volunteers were very helpful. It was one of the best camps in my life and with a powerful memory.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At Anala Outdoors, we are committed to providing high-quality, well-organised nature camps, adventure tours, and educational travel experiences. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to changes in travel plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while also accounting for logistical and third-party vendor commitments.
1. CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
If a participant cancels the booking for any personal reason, including but not limited to:

3. SUBSTITUTION OF PARTICIPANT
The booking is non-transferable. Substituting one participant with another is not allowed under any circumstances.
4. TRAVEL MODE
The mode of travel for the programme is planned in advance based on group size, destination, and logistical convenience. However, it is subject to change based on operational feasibility and availability.
In the event that the travel mode is upgraded due to unforeseen circumstances—such as train cancellations, railway strikes, public agitations, or any other unavoidable disruptions—revised arrangements will be made to ensure continuity of the programme. In such cases, the difference in cost arising from the upgraded or changed mode (e.g., from train to flight or 3 AC to 2 AC) shall be borne by the participant and must be paid at our office prior to the commencement of the revised journey.
All participants are required to carry a valid original government-approved photo ID (such as Aadhar Card, Passport, or PAN Card). School ID cards are not considered valid government photo IDs. Failure to carry a valid ID may result in:

5. ACTIVITY DISRUPTION CLAUSE
In the event that any camp activity/sightseeing point is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, storms, or landslides), local restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, no refund or compensation shall be provided for the affected activity. The decision to cancel or proceed with any activity will be solely at the discretion of Anala Outdoors Pvt. Ltd.
6. BALANCE PAYMENT
Failure to complete the balance payment at least one month prior to the departure date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. In such cases, applicable cancellation charges will be applied as per the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
7. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
Anala Outdoors shall not be liable for cancellations, modifications, or curtailments due to Force Majeure—events beyond our reasonable control—including but not limited to:

In the absence of an official travel advisory or restriction issued by the Government of India, Ministry of External Affairs, or other competent authorities, any cancellation prompted by fear of unrest, war, or perceived political tension, epidemic or pandemic or any other unforeseen circumstances, will be treated as a voluntary cancellation and subject to standard cancellation charges. The decision to cancel or proceed with any programme will be solely at the discretion of Anala Outdoors Pvt. Ltd.
9. REFUND MODE
All refunds will be made through bank transfer or crossed cheque, even if the original payment was made in cash and will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receiving a valid cancellation request.
10. IMPORTANT NOTE
All bookings involve advance payments towards transport, accommodation, food, instructors and local arrangements. We urge participants and guardians to understand that sudden cancellations result in significant unrecoverable expenses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
