Registration

I would like to enroll myself / my ward to participate in the Nature / Adventure Camp, Himalayan Trek, or Himalayan Safari organised by you. I am aware of the risks inherent in such programmes, including adventure sports / activities and travel organised and conducted by ANALA OUTDOORS PVT. LTD. and their agents.

I hereby state that I / my ward is participating in these adventure sports and activities of my own free will and consent. I understand and agree that ANALA OUTDOORS PVT. LTD. and their agents take all necessary precautions to minimize risks, prevent accidents, and ensure safe participation. I also acknowledge that despite these precautions, certain risks may still exist, and ANALA OUTDOORS PVT. LTD. and their agents shall not be held responsible for any mishaps that may occur during participation in these activities or while travelling.

I have read the above statement and fully understand its contents. I agree that it constitutes an agreement of release and assumption of risk for myself / my ward.

I further declare that the terms and conditions and refund rules have been explained and interpreted to me in my vernacular language, and I agree to abide by them.
