Jambughoda

Jambughoda Wildlife Sanctuary is situated in Panchmahal District roughly 70 km from Vadodara and 180 km from Ahmedabad. The area under the sanctuary is 130 sq. km with dry deciduous forest, comprising mainly of teak, mahua, bamboo and a number of other tree cover, creepers and shrubs, which grow very naturally.

Activities: Trekking, Double Rope Crossing, Vertical ladder, Bird watching, Group games and Bonfire.

Camp Accommodation: Separate accommodation for boys and girls will be in Ground bedding Alpine Tent on 3/4 sharing basis. (Sleeping material will be provided). All tents have electricity. Western type toilets and bathroom are there at the Campsite.
 
Please Carry: One pair of comfortable clothes, woollens, bath towel, sport shoes, cotton socks, slippers, torch, cap, water bag, day-pack and sanitary requisites. All the items mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack that easier to carry. 
 
All The Items: mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack that is easier to carry. Please do not bring plastic/polythene bags or any disposable items, ornaments and other valuables. Binoculars and camera are optional.
 
Cell Phones: are allowed but not during camp activities.
 
Registration: Please fill up the registration form and pay full amount.
 
Cheques or NEFT/RTGS should be in favour of ANALA OUTDOORS PVT.LTD., payable at Ahmedabad only. 
 
Certificate: A specially designed certificate will be issued to students who participate in all the activities & abide by all the camp rules.
 
Food: Wholesome and hygienic vegetarian food will be served. Jain food will be available on prior request at the camp site.
 
Medical Facilities: Essential Medical Facilities in the form of first aid would be available at the campsite. All emerginces would be treated by the nearest available doctor/medical facility.
 
Travelling: Would be in Non Ac Vehcle. 
 
Disclaimer: While all care will be taken for the safety of the participants, ANALA OUTDOORS, or any individual connected to it would not be held responsible for any accident or any unforeseen incident. Participants will have to look after their luggage throughout the journey as well as during the camp/tour. Doctor’s certificate would be required if the participant is undergoing any medical treatment, is over-weight or above 60 years.
ANALA OUTDOORS PVT.LTD. reserves  the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a participant during the camp/eco-tour in event of unreasonable behaviour at any time.

Dates: indicated are inclusive of travelling. Participants will leave Ahmedabad on the first day and reach back on the last day.

Rs. 1,900/- For 05 to 11yrs.
 
Our Fee: is inclusive of accommodation, travelling from Ahmedabad to Jambughoda and back by Non Ac Vehicle, food, service charges and GST. All the charges are per person. 
Registration: Please fill up the registration form and pay full amount in Advance. Registration is done on first come first served basis.

11:30 to 12:00 p.m.: INTRODUCTORY SESSION BY CAMP INCHARGE & DISCUSSION ON `WHY WE COME HERE?’

03:30 to 04:00 p.m.: TEA / COFFEE

Reporting
  • Please mark your attendance with the Group Leader as per the mentioned time and date given in the Receipt.
  • Please do not board the Bus without Reporting.
Camp Site
  • Campers will stay in Tents. 
  • There will be separate accommodation for Girls and Boys.
  • Campsite is near Rinchbar, Mota handiya, Rinchbar, Shivrajpur. Away from the maddening crowd. 
Food
  • Wholesome & Hygienic vegetarian Food will be served, including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
  • Special Jain / Swaminarayan food is also served at the campsite if mentioned in the application form. 
Toilet & Bathing facilities
  • Western Toilets will have Flush & Jet Spray facilities.
  • Toilet facilities will be seperate for Boys & Girls.
  • Hot water will be available for Bathing in the afternoon.
  • Please Help to Maintain Proper Hygiene.
Weather
  • Usually the mornings, evenings and nights are cold and afternoons are moderate.
  • It is advisable to carry enough woolens. 
Safety & Discipline
  • The campers will be escorted by trained group leaders from Ahmedabad to the campsite & back. 
  • There will be at least one female group leader in each batch.
  • Apart from these group leaders there will be enough people to look after them at the campsite.
  • All the adventure activities are done under the supervision of professional instructors with all safety measures. 
  • The campsite is a safe place & we have an excellent rapport with the local people.
  • We are very strict with ourselves and campers. For safety reasons, the campers are not allowed to go out of the campsite without escorts.
Communication
  • Parents will be updated about the whereabouts of the campers via SMS every day.
  • Same updates can also be checked on our website, in case you may not receive SMS due to any technical problem.
  • Our Camp Director will be constantly in touch with ANALA office, so in case of any inquiry, you may contact our office on 079-26442289 or 079 26561359 (10:30 am to 08:00 pm.). 
Emergency
  • In case of an emergency, Parents may contact us on 09662299016/21 (08 pm to 10:30 am.) 
  • First – Aid kit will be available with the group leader throughout the programme.
  • Please do not give any extra medicines to the campers, unless, s/he is undergoing any specific treatment. 
  • There is a doctor on call facility available for any medical emergency.

Things to be carried
  • A list of things to be carried is given in the brochure. Bring all the things accordingly.
  • Day-Pack, Water Bottle, Sports Shoes with proper grip and Warm Clothes are essential.
  • Campers will carry their own luggage in an easy to carry Rucksack.
  • Please Tag all the belongings of the campers.
How Much Money
  • As such our charges include everything; still they may require some extra money for Shopping / Refreshments.
  • Give only as much as they can handle. 
Please Note
  • Though proper care of the entire luggage is taken, we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
  • We have a system of “Lost & Found” at the campsite.
  • If you have not filled up the application form, do it at the earliest. The participant will not be allowed to indulge in any activity if the application form is not submitted.
  • The form contains space for special remarks from your side like sleep walking, allergy etc. If you have not mentioned, please fill it up at least 7 days before the departure. 
Certificate
  • A Specially designed certificate would be issued to all those campers who complete all the activities and abide by the Camp discipline.
